He has continued his commitment to community service through his 12 years as a Senior Pastor and where he and his congregation donate school supplies to Betz Elementary School in Bellevue.
Victor has an extensive educational background. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and has graduated from the United States Air Forces in Europe NCO Academy and Senior NCO Academy. Victor has been recognized with the Air Force Organization of Excellence Award and is a decorated veteran. He and his wife Cheryl have been married for 41 years and have three children, their son-in-law, and one grandchild.
" I’m running for the Nebraska Legislature because we need honest representation that prioritizes our community over partisan politics. We can’t let special interests divide and distract us from the real issues facing working families in Nebraska. As a pastor and service leader, I hear the hardships that people are going through. I’m ready to get to work and find solutions for Nebraskans. "
Our campaign is supported by grassroots donations that help us reach every voter before election day.
Victor believes that every child should be given every opportunity to succeed. Our schools and teachers are the backbone of our community and the key to our state’s future. He will advocate for more affordable early childhood and post-secondary educational opportunities.
Valuations, property taxes, and our tax system as a whole is broken. We must prioritize efficiency and find means within government to keep more of your hard earned money in your pockets. It’s time to send a representative with the financial expertise to find solutions.
As a veteran, Victor knows the government's most important job is keeping our community safe. Victor will support our first responders, active military, and veterans and understands that they need adequate resources to effectively do their job.
Rising medical and insurance costs have placed a financial burden on Nebraskans and their families. Victor will work to decrease costs and expand access to create a system that prioritizes the people it serves.
